  4. from our readers. Sometimes our answers are met with favor:
  5. "Your response was fast, logical, convincing and friendly."
  6. Sometimes the feedback is negative: "The point being made in
  7. your letter escapes me, aside from an attempt to make your
  8. pointless, narcissistic magazine appear other than what it is
  9. -- a propaganda arm of the U.S. Government," or "Lord, lady, you
  10. are a product of a New York ivory-tower environment. Thanks for
  11. the lecture." Whatever the reaction, we value the exchange and
  12. want to stay in touch.
